In the Document life cycle component, you can define specific settings for teamWorks.

Editing managed documents

• For managed documents, you can define whether reviewers and approvers are also allowed to edit the documents.

Document life cycle notifications

• Define whether notifications are to be sent when document life cycle events occur.

Users will then always receive notification when these events occur, irrespective of their own settings.
