A list is a series of data records, each of which is displayed on a separate line. Lists can be incorporated into another page, for example, a checklist.
A list always contains data, for example, the address data record type.
If you select a data record type a list including the respective form is immediately created.
A list usually has an integrated search function that allows users to search the list for specific data records. Users can also sort lists by field and scroll through them.
Each list is linked to a form with which a user can edit a data record or create a new one. In an extended list, a form for the list and for the fields can be linked.
