The teamWorks module is a Web-based intranet/extranet solution which displays information for employees, business partners, and customers in the company portal.
With the company news, all employees are informed about relevant news.
The notice board or discussion forum support active exchange. Calendars for meeting rooms or company cars, menus, organization charts and much more help you to avoid the lengthy search for information.
Each employee page contains information, such as the phone extension, contact data with photo, upcoming holidays and responsibilities, and do not need to be individually maintained. You are looking for the right contact person/deputy and when they are available? Just easily search them in the company portal.
Who know what, who is the expert on which topic, where can I find the documentation of this, ...? The answers to all these questions and more knowledge can be stored, edited, and kept up-to-date at one central location in teamWorks. Controlled via access rights, employees can always find information that is relevant to them.
The company knowledge is clearly structured and can be found by anyone.

teamWorks accesses the same database as CAS genesisWorld so that the same data is available in each system with the same rights.
By defining additional settings in teamWorks, you can define which data is to be displayed in which portal.
You can restructure and extend the portal at any time by customizing the predefined elements without any programming skills. You can also customize teamWorks to fit your company layout. Furthermore, you can integrate external data sources, websites, and other applications with web interfaces.
Users can access the online help pages in the portal which can be opened via an icon on the upper right side.
