Important information for administrators

The following settings must be made to use the Timezone module.

Registering a license

To use the Timezone module, the corresponding license has to be entered into the Management Console and must be activated for the respective users.

• Enter the license in the Licenses area and activate it for the respective users.

After you have entered a license, the new Time zone ability entry is available in the Miscellaneous area of the Management Console.

Converting data

To be able to use the time zone capabilities, the data for activities is converted.

Back up your data before you start converting the data.

The data is converted in the Management Console. Summer and/or winter time are automatically included.

Select the Miscellaneous area.

• Select Current time zone at Time zone ability.
• Click Start conversion.
