Finding what you are looking for in the help

It is possible that the search term can be found in the hidden text. You can view all of the text on a page, or hide all of the text on a page by clicking: Expand all or Hide all.

What was that function called again?

Even if you do not know the exact name of a function, you can usually find it via the search function.

For example, if you are looking for certain types of links. Enter link into the search field and activate Find partial terms.

If you enter, for example, send in the search field, then you will find information on e-mails, e-mail campaigns or vCards.

If you are looking for a map, you will find views on the tabs, in the proximity search or on business cards and so on.

How do I search?

By default, the search function in the help works with both whole and partial words.

All the help pages with the words "e-mail campaigns", "mail merge fields", "e-mail campaign" will be found.

Several search terms are always linked with OR. With that, all help pages which at least contain one entered item will be found.

The use of quotation marks does not influence your search. You will retrieve the same results no matter if you enter "Print form letter" or Print form letter as search terms.

Where can I find basic information?

Once you have found a help page, you may want to get more detailed information about the same topic. The table of contents will help you to find the topics easily.
