Mobile apps
Using mobile apps for iPad, iPhones, Android and Windows, you can edit CAS genesisWorld data on a mobile device, a Desktop computer or a laptop. The mobile apps are optimized for the work with touch screens, but can also be operated using a mouse and keyboard.
Mobile apps are platform-independent and offer the same functions on all devices. You can access common programs such as Microsoft Word or Microsoft Excel with the mobile apps.
You find the online help pages with the documentation at CAS Product Documentation. Alternatively, you can also start the online help directly from within the Mobile apps.
Your benefits
With the mobile apps, you can also access your current data while on the move, for example, contacts, appointments, opportunities and tasks.
- Data records can be read, edited and newly created.
- You can also work with links and SmartSearch functions in the mobile apps.
- The offline use enables you to also create and edit certain data records without Internet connection.
Important information
- The display of data record types in the mobile apps can be different as when displayed in CAS genesisWorld Web. Administrators can define the display in the mobile apps and individually configure CAS genesisWorld Web.
- As a rule, you will only have to make these settings once per mobile device as they will be saved to the device.
- Some functions may not be available if you are using a mobile device with a smaller screen. To access these functions, hold your mobile device in the landscape position.
