Mobile sync

Mobile sync allows you to seamlessly synchronize your Appointments, Addresses, Tasks or Holidays with your mobile device. Before you visit a customer, or whenever you are out of the office, you can simply "take" all the relevant data with you.

You use configurable views to define the data you wish to synchronize, for example: appointments within a specific time period, addresses with specific characteristics, or tasks of a certain category.

How does synchronization work?

If you have an online connection then all changes will be synchronized. This synchronization can also be performed bidirectionally.

When using bidirectional synchronization, any changes you made on your mobile device and any changes made in CAS genesisWorld are compared and synchronized. When the synchronization is finished, you will have the same data on both your mobile device and in CAS genesisWorld.

In addition to a manual synchronization, you can set specific intervals during which your data is synchronized automatically.

Synchronization is performed via WLAN or the mobile data connection of your mobile device. SSL encryption is used for sensitive company data eliminating any risks of a data breach.
