You can highlight interesting data records in a list using color classification, to do this you select the field you are interested in and depending on the values you can then select different colors for their display.
You can set color classification for a list even if you do not have rights to navigators or view formats.
You can set color classification in a list for a single field. To do so, the field has to contain text or numbers, however, these values can only be selected and entered from input help options. After this, the field values you selected from the list will be highlighted in color.
Click Properties in the View menu.
The classification for fields for input help options with checkboxes is based on the contains filter condition.
Using the (Other values) entry you can, for example, choose to only use color highlighting for a specific value and leave all other values to be displayed in the same color.
If you select the empty value for the Class 1, 2 and so on field, then the field will not be highlighted in color.
The last entry in each color drop-down list opens the Windows default window in which you can select any color.
