Changing areas
If a window or a view consists of a number of areas, you can display or hide them and also change the size of these areas.
This applies to the program navigator, calendar views, chart views or dossiers. It also applies, for example, to a preview in a dossier or e-mail list.
Hiding / Displaying areas
Navigator
You hide the navigator by clicking the icon.
Navigator on/off is available via this icon in the link navigator.
Calendar view
- You can hide or display areas such as the right-hand side of a calendar view, or a task list in the View menu for a calendar view.
Dossier
- With view dossiers, you can use the View menu to hide or display the upper list or the link navigator.
You can hide or display the link navigator by using the
Navigator on/off function on the Dossier tab of a data record and in the dossier view.
Planner and project chart
- If you go to the View menu in one of these chart views, you can use the Display/Hide upper list function to display or hide the list above the chart.
Enlarging and reducing areas
- Move the mouse over the vertical or horizontal separation line between two areas.
The mouse pointer is transformed to a double arrow.
- Press the left mouse button and hold it down while you move the mouse left or right, up or down.
- If the height and width are right, just release the mouse button.
