View of the link navigator

The link navigator can be compared to the program navigator in the CAS genesisWorld program window. You call all functions for the link navigator via the shortcut menu.

Creating a new view

• If you right-click on the link navigator to open the shortcut menu and then click Create new view, the view wizard opens.
• You can select the view type on the first wizard page:
• In a Link list, you select then one of the templates: Addresses, Tasks, Documents, and so on; or Multilist.
• Enter then a name and a notes and define a view format for the view.
• After clicking Finish, the link list is displayed in the link navigator.
• A Folder view helps to keep track of all important information. You can include one or more views in a folder.
• If you use the Premium Edition, you can also create a tree view.
