Addresses with photos

You can add a photo to each address. The photo will be enlarged if you move the mouse pointer over it.

• In the address data record window, click the photo placeholder.
• Select an image file in a suitable format such as .jpg or .png.
• A window now opens in which you can also set a filter, delete the photo or replace it with another.

The photo is automatically reduced to fit the field. To enlarge the photo, move the mouse pointer over it.

If you delete a picture in this window, the picture is removed from the address. The image file is not deleted from its original folder.

• A graphic file from the Windows Explorer can also be entered in an address via drag and drop.
