Reports can be used for company accounting and reporting purposes; they support teamwork and planning, and provide a summary of key information.
Reports are viewed using the Crystal Reports Viewer. This tool is installed with CAS genesisWorld.
Crystal Reports Designer and the Report module allow authorized users to create, edit, import and export report templates.
The report functions are only available if you have been granted the necessary rights from your administrator.
Reports as PDF files are based on a document template for a Microsoft Word or PDF file. In the document template, only TrueType fonts and TrueType collections can be used. OpenType fonts and OpenType collections are not supported by the Crystal Reports Viewer.
Reports have their own data record type and can therefore be linked with other data records. This means you can create list views and dossiers for this data record type.
For the Company with contact partners and dossier with receipts report you will need receipt rights.
The "Report" data record type is dynamic. A new report can be created either manually or automatically at any time based on the data, report template, user and interval settings.
