Automatically link with addresses

• When archiving several mail messages check boxes for the e-mail addresses are displayed. Select whether the addresses from the sender, the recipient, CC and BCC field are to be searched for and linked.
• The e-mail might contain recipients which are not contained in CAS genesisWorld. By right-clicking one of these addresses, you can create a new address after which the search for addresses is repeated and updated.

Once created, the search for addresses is carried out again and refreshed.

• You can also define which addresses you do not want to link to the e-mail.
