In the first column an icon is displayed to show you when an address has not been found in the address list.When archiving a single e-mail all addresses from the addresser, the addressee, the CC and BCC field are displayed in this list.
The addresses are searched in the CAS genesisWorld address list. The e-mail address in the e-mail and in the CAS genesisWorld must exactly correspond.
If the address list contains addresses they can be linked with the e-mail to be archived.
If the addresses are not yet in CAS genesisWorld then you can create them via the shortcut menu
If the check box in the first column is marked the address is linked. By clicking the check box it can either be activated or deactivated.
