The Notification and Action Service allows you to define rules for automating routine processes in your company. A rule determines which events automatically trigger which actions.

In the Rules for notifications and actions, settings can be made for actions: If changes have been made to or deadlines were exceeded for certain data records, the program automatically creates new CAS genesisWorld data records or links data records to other data records, and so on.
Please inform users about the workflow structure in your company and which rules might be of interest for them.
