Multilist

A multilist is a list of data records of different data record types. You can use it to create an overview of all upcoming activities, such as appointments, phone calls and tasks.

You create a multilist via List view using the view wizard in the program navigator. You create a multilist through a Link list in the link navigator.

The multilist is used in the search as standard if you search through all data record types and In all areas.

If you enable the Preview in the view properties, the view will be split. When you select a data record in the upper view, all the most important fields are displayed in the lower view.
