View properties in the link navigator

• Click Dossier in the upper left-hand corner of the link navigator on a Dossier tab or in a Dossier view.

Click Properties in the short cut menu.

• Open the View tab. The data record types are displayed here which you can also display in the dossier.
• With Use time frame you define which time frame you want to use to display data records.

Quick alternatives for the display of data record types

• Click on the arrow in front of the Dossier entry. A list of data record types and checkboxes is displayed.
• Activate the checkbox in front of the data record types and the respective links are displayed in the dossier.
