This tab contains an overview of reports which are automatically sent. You can view all reports to which you have access rights.
If you have created a Report data record and activated the Send report automatically option, a rule with the subject of the report is displayed in the Report rules tab.
This tab contains the same settings as the Schedule tab in the report data record window. Settings in the Schedule tab of a report and in the Rules for sending the report window apply for both tabs, the last change always applies.
Edit opens the Rules for sending the report window.
Activate the desired report rules.
These rules cannot be subscribed or unsubscribed.
Open report opens the data record window of the report if you e.g. want to change your filter criteria or participants.
Deactivate deactivates the selected rule.
Delete deletes the selected rule.
