The language of the dashboard depends on which language is used by the first user who logs on after the restart of the application server. If a e.g. an English Windows Client logs on first, the language of the dashboard for all further logons is English.
When one part of the users want to work in a language different from that of the other part, two application servers, one for each language must be provided.
