User sensitivity in CAS genesisWorld refers to the fact that you can grant rights to data records.
For user sensitive data record types you can select participants for these data records in a client and then grant them rights.
If a data record type is not user sensitive, then its data records are public, as a user you cannot enter participants as no rights will have been granted to these types of data records. Public data records can be viewed by all users and can be edited by all users.
Your administrator determines whether data records are to be user sensitive or not, this is done in the Management Console.
