You may have several e-mail accounts that you can access. In addition to your personal e-mail account, you can access, for example, an account of your department, an account for customer requests and one for supplier requests.
If you have access to a number of e-mail accounts, one e-mail account is the default account. You or your administrator can set this account as default account. The default account can automatically be included in public navigators.
The default account is used for e-mails in CAS genesisWorld unless otherwise specified.
