Page view as a PDF

Use the Page view as PDF function to display a preview in an opened e-mail.

The function is only available if a program to display PDF files, such as Adobe Acrobat, is available on your computer.

In addition to the fields and text, the preview also contains the print date in the header and the page numbers in the x/y format in the footer.

Any background images are not displayed in the preview.

• Click Page view as PDF in the File menu of an opened e-mail.

The function is also available for archived e-mails.

• The settings defined in the Set up page window or the File menu of the e-mail concerning landscape and margins are adopted in the PDF file.
