Search for available time slot

To search for a free appointment with one or several participants or resources, you open the corresponding wizard.

Free time slots are not searched in the past. If you enter a past date or time, the search starts with the current day as of the next full hour.

All (public) appointments are automatically taken into account. Therefore, the respective appointments are also displayed as search results in the calendar.

Click Search for free appointment in the Search menu.

• First, you enter the necessary basic data, for example, participants, invited participants, time frame, duration, or limitations.
• The wizard suggests one or several appointments on the last wizard page. The suggested appointments are displayed in a week view along with the appointments of all selected participants.
• Select the desired suggested appointments and click the Finish button.
• Subsequently, the New/Edit appointment window opens and you can complete the appointment data, for example, by entering a subject.
• Do not forget to save your appointment.
