Public elements can be made available by the administrator.
You can filter by the current user in elements containing lists.
Elements are always saved directly, independent of dashboards. If you change, delete, or save an element, you do not need to save the dashboard.
When creating your own element a wizard will open. Use the wizard to define which data you want to display with the element. The personal element is displayed if you select it from the Content drop-down list after having created it.
Aggregated view/Aggregated view on linked data records displays an analysis or a summary of certain data records, or certain data record type links. In both cases, certain fields are analyzed. With the analysis function, users can display the number of data records as well as the sum and the minimum or the maximum values graphically or as text.
You can, for example, use an element to display the progress of tasks by displaying average values of certain tasks for the current week. Alternatively, you can display the average status of opportunities for certain addresses over the past year, i. e. whether they are open, won, and so on. In a second element of this type, you display the average of the past three months and thereby check for deviations.
If you click on a graphic, a new window opens. In this new window, the graphic is displayed enlarged and with a list. If you click on one element of a graphic, the list shows the data records contained in the element. The legend can be displayed or hidden and you can change the colors of the chart.
Customize all displays any fields of any data records of a data record type. You can select the data record type and use filter settings to define which fields you want to display.
