Links and dossiers

Almost all the information that you need on a everyday basis is connected to other information:

• An address, for example, can be linked to documents, meetings, tasks, phone calls or e-mails.
• Or you have linked a project with its corresponding appointments, participants, tasks and documents.
• Or a job has linked tasks and appointments.

Which data is linked to which data depends on the data records you are working with. Let's have a look at a contact data record.

• What are links?

The connection between two data records can have a name and thus a specific significance. This is known as the link type.
