Using specific criteria the system checks whether first name, form of address, country, gender and salutation all match. Thus, you will be sent a note if an address was recorded which is wrong, for example, Mr. Susanne King.
The criteria are stored in special files. Your administrator can edit and extend files for your company, for example, if a first name or a salutation commensurate with the country norms are missing.
