Folders

Folders contain one or more views and serve to improve the clarity of the navigator. For example, a planning folder can contain different calendar views. A documents folder will contain different document lists.

You create folders like views using the View Wizard.

• Views

After creating a folder, you can change the same properties as you would in the View Wizard via the Properties window.

• You can change both the Name and Comments for a folder.
• The views in the folder can be displayed as either Icons or Lists with or without Details.
