- You can edit and overwrite the name of the view or folder in the first input field at any time.
This name is then used to display the view or folder in the navigator.
Alternatively, you can change the name of the view directly in the navigator by selecting the view or folder and clicking Rename in the context menu.
- You can enter e.g. a description of the view in the Comments field.
- Using the Visible in mobile apps option, you define whether the view is displayed in the mobile apps of CAS genesisWorld.
- Using the View available in CAS genesisWorld Web option, you define whether the view is displayed in CAS genesisWorld Web.
The Visible in mobile apps and View available in CAS genesisWorld Web can in some cases also be activated for views that cannot be displayed in the mobile apps or CAS genesisWorld Web. If a view cannot yet be displayed in the mobile apps or CAS genesisWorld Web, the option has no effects.
Automatically entered values
The values in the Type, Changed on, and Created on fields are automatically entered and updated when you save the navigator.

If you use the replication function, additional functions are available.
The properties defined here are defaults that you can change in the dossier using either your mouse or keyboard.
- By changing the Height of the list (in pixels) you can define how many data records you wish to view in the upper list.
Pre-allocation of links
- Only own links displays the data records to which you are assigned as participant or data records for which the All (Public) participant is entered.
When opening a dossier, all links are displayed even though you have closed the dossier with the Display only own links setting.
- Activate the Display dossier upon opening option: if this option is enabled, the dossier view is displayed when opening the view. If the option is not activated, the first view of the link navigator is displayed.
- Using Display in the dossier the most important fields of the linked data record are displayed in the preview below the list.
- Display overall dossier for companies and contact persons this option displays the overall dossier for companies and contact persons.
- You can enter a link navigator for the dossier in the Link navigator drop-down list.
