Dial random number

In the Dial any phone number window, you can make calls directly from CAS genesisWorld if you do not want to call an address, but rather a known phone number instead.

The following functions are only available with the telephony integration.

• Telephony settings

Open the Dial any phone number window:

In an address data record window, open the drop-down list for Call and click Any phone number.

The same function and the same drop-down list will be found on the list view tool bar for addresses with the Call icon or, in the shortcut menu for a highlighted address under Call.

• So in the Phone number field you enter the number you wish to call.
• Now, click Dial and the number you entered is dialed.
