Settings/Calendar tab/Working hours tab

On Tools menu, click Settings.

• In the next window, open the Calendar tab and then the Working hours tab.

If you have any upcoming holidays, you will be reminded of your out of office wizard on your last working day when you close CAS genesisWorld.

This feature will only work if your working hours have been entered correctly. Particularly, if your working hours are not the usual Monday to Friday 9 - 5.

You can select the colors you want to use for working hours or free time on the Colors tab

• Settings/Calendar/Colors tab

Working hours and free time are displayed in different colors in the calendar view.

• Select a time period in the row that contains the weekday.
• Now, click either the Working hours or, Free time buttons.
• To change working hours or free time, select the respective time period again and then, click the respective button.
