E-mail: E-mail accounts tab

In the list, all e-mail accounts are displayed. The list includes accounts you have created using the New account button and accounts the administrator has created for you in the Management Console. The e-mail accounts can be changed, deleted, and newly created. Changes are applied at once.

If the deletion of an account does not apply at once, a hint informs you that you need to restart CAS genesisWorld.

Possible logins via the account are not cancelled until CAS genesisWorld has been closed and restarted.

If only one account has been created in the list, the respective account is automatically set as default account. If multiple accounts can be found in the list, you use the As default button to set one default account.

New e-mails are always created using the default account settings and are sent using the default account unless another specific account has been selected. If, for example, you send an e-mail via the Search window or a document list, the e-mail window opens and the default account is displayed in the E-mail account field.
