Creating calendar views, properties and settings

Calendar views can be defined for different purposes, for example, for own use, for the team, to display room capacities and the availability of meeting rooms.

You can only create or change calendar views if your administrator has given you permissions to change the navigator.

You can change the settings for the appearance of the calendar views at any time, even if you do not have permissions to change the navigator.

Creating calendar views

If you use several calendar views, you can define special properties for each calendar view.

Changing calendar views

View properties only apply to a single view. You define the properties when creating the view, and you can change these properties at any time.

Settings

Settings generally apply to all calendar views. You define these settings for yourself.

On Tools menu, click Settings.
