When you use the one-click archiving feature, e-mails are archived automatically using your default template for e-mails in CAS genesisWorld.
The functions for one-click archiving are only available if the Use the extended Microsoft Outlook integration with CAS genesisWorld option has been activated in the add-in settings. Furthermore, you must have entered your CAS genesisWorld logon data in the add-in settings. The client to which e-mails are archived, depends on the CAS Outlook Add-In settings.
Usually, your administrator installs the Microsoft Outlook Add-In on your computer.
After archiving, you can continue working with e-mails in CAS genesisWorld Web, for example, in dossiers.
You can find the One-click archiving button for e-mails in Microsoft Outlook in the program window or the toolbar of an opened e-mail.
You will find the One-click archiving & sending button in the e-mail window in which you are currently composing or replying to an e-mail.
If you have enabled the respective setting, then the One-click archiving & open button will be displayed in the program window instead of the One-click archiving button
