Functions for archived e-mails

Archived e-mails displayed in the customary list view, in which additional functions for e-mails are available.

Preview

• To display or hide the preview, click Display preview in the View menu and then Off, Below or Right
• Alternatively, you can configure the preview via the view format for the list.

• View format tab

• To change the size of the list or the preview, slide the bar in the respective direction to enlarge or reduce the size, the bar is located above the preview.
• With notifications for appointments, in the preview you will see a calendar for the respective day.

Functions for the: Archived e-mail data record type

• You can linked archived e-mails with other data records and view the links on the Dossier tab.

You can define participants and access rights for the archived e-mail via the button on the toolbar and the Select participants window.

• Participant selection: for data records

• You can also archive attachments as CAS genesisWorld data records when archiving e-mail or after having archived an e-mail. Alternatively, you can choose to save the attachments to a folder of your choice.

• The Change log tab is displayed and the functions are available if you have been granted sufficient permissions.
