Only a few fields differ in list views for a mailbox and for archived e-mails. The fields on display are determined by the view format used for a list view.
For columns with an icon a Quick Info text is displayed if you place your cursor over the column header.
Read/
Unread you can switch between the two via the context menu, or by using Ctrl + Q for read and Ctrl + U for unread.
You can set different font colors for read and unread e-mails.
The Replied column contains a checkbox
Select an e-mail you have already replied to, and mark it as Unread, the checkbox should remain checked. The text is displayed as an unread e-mail, as long as you have set up a different color for unread e-mails.
Marking You can set marking for e-mails which are available online or offline via the context menu and using this function displays an icon in the respective column.
With archived e-mails the Marking field is not available.
Archived Displays whether an e-mail has already been archived.
In an archived e-mail, the following function displays the data record of the archived e-mail, CAS genesisWorld Display the data record from the archived e-mail.
E-mails that have a question mark in the Archived column, indicate that it has not yet been established whether the e-mail has been archived.
When opening or refreshing the e-mail list, to keep performance high, the Archived column is not refreshed.
When opening an e-mail, the system automatically checks whether the e-mail has been archived. In this case, the question mark icon is replaced by the Archived icon.
You can check multiple highlighted e-mails simultaneously to check whether they have been archived or not, to do this, simply click Detect archived e-mails in the context menu.
If an icon is not displayed in the Available offline column, then the e-mail is only available on the e-mail server and thus, only online in an E-mail view (inbox).
This icon shows that the e-mail is available locally or in a network folder Available offline.
This icon shows that the e-mail has not been saved locally or in a network folder.
This icon is available with Attachments
In a GBT format e-mail attachment, an icon displays the data record type, that is whether or not the attachment is a document or a task.
