- Sympathizers: Sympathizers: almost as involved and emotionally loyal as the fan, but less committed.
- Mercenary: Satisfied, but not as involved, performance-related, strongly focused on prices
- Captives: Are generally unsatisfied, but involved as well as disappointed, because for example, some information was missing or a performance-related promise was no longer met.
- Opponents: Dissatisfied and not involved. Warning: They tend to express their displeasure and speak ill of the company.
Note
The fan principle is an integration and is available in the Premium Edition.
The integration is activated by your administrator in the Management Console.
If the integration is active, then you can use 2 questionnaire templates for addresses without having to use the Survey Module.
Using the Survey Module you can use the fan principle questionnaires in conjunction with Survey online, publish them to the net and have customers complete them.
Using questionnaires
You will see that 2 questionnaire templates are available to use with addresses for recording and analyzing the fan principle:
- Customer loyalty (B2B) for business customers and
- Customer loyalty (B2C) for private customers.
The starting point for a fan principle survey is always the address data record and a questionnaire template, which contains all the questions, information and analyzes to the questions.
- Create a New link to a questionnaire and select a questionnaire template.
- In the following window; Create new questionnaire, you can enter the Topic and save the questionnaire data record.
The field value for Topic is automatically entered into the questions of the questionnaire as you will see from the Notes field of the data record window.
For example, the Topic can be a company or a product for which you wish to conduct a survey.
- Complete the questionnaire yourself, for example, during a phone call with a customer.
While completing the questionnaire, the results are evaluated and the result of the evaluation is automatically entered into the fan! Portfolio Group in the data record window for the questionnaire.
- After saving the questionnaire, the address for the fan! Portfolio Group is entered onto the Details tab
Point to the field on the Details tab to see the fan indicator graph which will also show the respondent's position.
- In the address you can select the value manually in the fan Portfolio Group field on the Details tab
- If you are using the Survey Module, then you have the alternative of having customers fill out the questionnaire online via Survey online.
Analyzing the results
The results for multiple addresses can be analyzed in a number of ways.
- Using the fan! Portfolio report template also enables an analysis.
- With the Geomarketing Module you can use the fan! Portfolio Group as a Classification field to display the geographical distribution of the group addresses in a map view.
