You can add recipients to e-mail campaigns a number of ways.
A distribution list is a collection of addresses. With distribution lists, you can create and manage different recipient lists.
If you want to use a distribution list, you create the e-mail campaign from a list of distribution lists or the opened distribution list data record.
You cannot add distribution lists to an e-mail campaign that has already been created.

Additionally, the Select recipient window opens containing all the addresses which were added by the distribution list. You can edit the list of recipients.
If you manage recipient lists in views, you can create the e-mail campaign from such a view.

Additionally, the Select recipient window opens in which you can view all addresses that have been added. You can edit the list of recipients.
Click the Change button next to the Recipient field to define the recipients of the e-mail campaign.

Click Add recipient.

If you want to remove recipients from the list, select the recipient and click Remove recipient from list. Alternatively, you can use the delete key on your keyboard.
Once you have saved the recipients, these addresses are automatically linked with the e-mail campaign.
The Further recipients fields are not displayed at first. You can display them by clicking the button below the Recipient field.
You can enter permanent recipients here in the following fields To, CC, or BCC. Those recipients receive each of the sent e-mails. You select the recipients as you normally would when composing an e-mail in CAS genesisWorld.
