On Tools menu, click Settings.
The administrator defines the defaults for the automatic address check in the Management Console.
As a user you can change these settings for yourself in the Desktop Client if your administrator has allowed this. You can view these defaults in the Desktop Client.
The automatic check or completion is only possible if respective data is available.
The international area code can still be entered separately for each phone number in the data record window.
On the Area map tab, you can calculate the route. If you enter a departure address, this address is already entered in the respective fields. The departure address can be changed on the Area map tab.
This setting is the default value used in the Country field when you create an address. From the drop-down list select the country the use the most. If you create an address for another country, then you will have to change this default value in the data record window.
Address fields: Country and postal address
The Country field of an address determines how the fields and field values of a postal address are ordered.
Due to differences in the country formats, some address information is saved to different fields. Thus, differences in list views of addresses for the filled in fields can occur.
You will see buttons for social networks and search engines like Google displayed with addresses, phone calls and e-mails in CAS genesisWorld.
You will only be able to use these buttons if your administrator has given you sufficient rights to do so.
You will have to logon if you want to display information on contacts which is stored on social networks.
You can either enter your username and password everytime you go to a social network page, or you can save them in CAS genesisWorld. If you save your logon data on the Addresses tab, the respective social network page will open directly.
You can only display information from these networks if you are logged on to the respective network yourself,
