Using the calendar you can schedule your own appointments, phone calls, processes or holidays or those of others, for example, a group of participants. Daily, weekly, monthly and yearly views are all available.
All calendar views resemble each other and contain different panes.
The calendar area displays your activities for a day, a week, a month or a year. Appointments, jobs or holidays can be, for example, created, changed or moved directly in the calendar view.
In the month overview you can change the period of time shown in the calendar.
The task list displays your tasks scheduled for today.
The panes of a calendar view can be displayed or hidden and the size can be changed.
Calendar views display various data, for example, only appointments or holidays, you can choose whether you want to display data just for you or for several colleagues, just for this week or for next month. The choice is yours.
Individual settings can emphasize, for example, important appointments by using specific colors, or include public holidays for your work location.
