Address data records contain data such as the postal address, one or more e-mail addresses, account data and so on and so forth. Additional information is important for a business contact, for example, what is the contact's preferred method of contact, or where the addresses are geographically.
In CAS genesisWorld, we differentiate between three different types of Contact data record:
You enter the data for every address data record in the data record window.
In CAS genesisWorld every time you save an address, a duplicate check is performed automatically. During a duplicate check, specific fields from two or more addresses are compared with each other. All settings for the duplicate check are defined by the administrator in the Management Console.
Usually, addresses are displayed in a list view.
Address lists filtered according to type usually offer the best overview. Create a list, for example, that only contains individual contacts.
All the links belonging to a data record are displayed in the dossier.
You can see all your important data at a glance on the dashboard. Either you or your administrator can define which data records are to be displayed.
Distribution lists are collections of addresses which can, for example, be used for e-mail campaigns.
The campaign wizard helps you to select addresses and create e-mail campaigns, or form letters, as well as create phone calls for selected target groups.
With the help of CAS genesisWorld, you can write and send letters and e-mail campaigns to multiple addresses simultaneously.
You can log phone calls by using your own data record type.
Using the map services of CAS genesisWorld, you can inform yourself about locations, the geographical distribution of addresses, or use it to help plan your customer visit.
With the Proximity search, your can view all of the addresses within a specific radius.
The area map allows you to calculate the route to a specific address.
